The following is a brief installation guide for our wood carbonization machine:
1. Equipment fixation: First, fix the wood carbonization machine at the planned site. Make sure the machine is stable, not prone to shaking, and that all four corners are firmly fixed.
2. Host debugging: After the installation is completed, perform host debugging. This involves manually turning the rotating part of the main unit to check if it is smooth and smooth. At the same time, make sure that the large and small gears work together properly.
3. Circuit installation and motor starting: Install the circuit correctly according to the installation diagram of the circuit diagram. After that, start the drive motor and check whether it operates normally.
