Focus on carbon equipment
Recently, many people have asked during the consultation process which one is better, log charcoal or machine-made charcoal? What's the difference? Let me give you a brief introduction.
What is log carbon;
The production process of log charcoal is very simple. The earliest production of log charcoal was to dig a pit or earthen kiln near the mountain, put the trees on the mountain or the pruned fruit trees in the orchard directly, and then seal the kiln door with soil. Of course, in the pit or earthen kiln There should be holes around the perimeter to allow smoke and moisture to escape. It will take ten and a half days to produce carbon even if it is burned slowly over a low fire. The current machine-made carbonization furnace takes much shorter time to burn charcoal than the earth kiln, but at the same time, the operation is relatively simple, and the investment is not large. The products produced are widely used in chemical plants, industrial silicon plants, greenhouse heating, tea drying and other industries. The produced log charcoal residue can also be made into carbon powder, which is the raw material for mosquito coil factories, firecracker factories, and fireworks factories.
Machine-made charcoal is also called barbecue charcoal after carbonization. Let’s start with the production process. Machine-made charcoal is to first crush tree branches, wood, bamboo, straw, rice husks, walnut shells, bamboo chips, sawdust and other crop waste with a crusher into chips of less than 5mm, and then dry it in a dryer. The dry moisture is about 8-10%, which is extruded at high temperature by a rod making machine (charcoal machine) into hollow machine-made wooden rods (square, hexagonal, 60-type carbon rods, 80-type carbon rods) and then passed through horizontal retort gas. Carbonization furnace or hoisting carbonization furnace, after carbonization, becomes hollow machine-made charcoal. Its combustion performance is greatly improved, and it can replace firewood and coal as energy for production and daily life. This product is odorless and pollution-free during combustion; the carbon content is as high as 90%, the calorific value reaches 7000-8000 kcal, and the burning time is 2-4 times that of ordinary charcoal.
These are the differences between machine-made charcoal and log charcoal. You need different charcoal and different equipment. The output size can be customized according to your needs.
The ultimate goal of producing biochar from EFB fiber is to obtain high-quality biochar products with market competitiveness. The role of the carbonization machine in this process is to maximize the added value of the product through precise process contr
In the golden autumn of October, the global drying industry focused its attention on Changzhou, Jiangsu, the "Capital of Modern Drying Technology." The 12th Asia-Pacific Drying Conference and the 20th National Drying Conference were grandly held here, b
