Operating steps of hoisting carbonization furnace;
1. Open the furnace cover
2. Lift out the furnace and place it in the charcoal loading area.
3. Open the furnace cover, tilt the furnace to rest, and install rods.
4. After the rod installation is completed, cover the furnace cover and lift the furnace into the furnace body.
5. Open the three smoke outlets of the furnace body in sequence, cover the furnace cover tightly, spread some dough around the furnace cover to seal it, and start carbonization.

The hoisting carbonization furnace equipment mainly includes: inner furnace, outer wall, combustion chamber, end gas burner and other parts. The furnace in the heating chamber needs to be preheated until the high temperature and heat generated are enough to carbonize the raw materials. The smoke released during the combustion process can be reused after being purified by the purification system. Making full use of the exhaust gas generated during the carbonization process is beneficial to protecting the environment. When the temperature is reached, The bottom of the hoisting carbonization furnace is completely converted into combustible gas, which can recycle the waste gas during the carbonization process. It has high thermal efficiency and achieves energy saving and consumption reduction.
