Turkey Fruit Shell Biochar to Make Shisha Charcoal Plant

Our Turkish customers has adopted the  biomass carbonization machine we developed to efficiently convert fruit shells and agricultural waste into high-quality carbon material suitable for shisha charcoal production. During operation, the feedstock undergoes continuous heating, drying, and deep carbonization under controlled conditions, yielding a final biomass carbon product characterized by high fixed carbon content, low ash content, and excellent combustion performance. Since commencing operations, the production line has run reliably and earned high praise from the client. This project not only achieves high-value utilization of local agricultural waste but also provides a reliable solution for producing premium shisha charcoal; it generates significant economic benefits while strongly supporting the sustainable development of biomass energy.
