It consists of torrefaction reactor (without counting the upper and lower hoppers), a white biomass pellets feeding system, a hot gas distribution system, a heating system, a cooling system and an Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered process control system with internet access.
The screw conveyor is used for sealed and continuous feeding of raw materials into the carbonization system. It ensures stable material transfer while preventing air leakage during operation.
The carbonization machine is the core unit of the system, where organic materials are thermally decomposed under controlled conditions. Through continuous heating, volatile components are released and converted into combustible gas, producing high‑quality charcoal.
The cyclone separates solid particles from the hot gas generated during carbonization. It removes coarse charcoal powder, protecting downstream equipment and improving system stability.
The charcoal powder cooler reduces the temperature of collected charcoal powder. Controlled cooling prevents spontaneous combustion and facilitates safe handling and storage.
The washing tower is used to clean carbonization gas by removing dust and tar components. It improves gas quality and reduces pollutant emissions.
The condensing tower cools the carbonization gas to condense tar and moisture. This step enables effective recovery of by‑products and further gas purification.
The circulating cooling pool supplies cooling water for the washing and condensing systems. It enables closed‑loop water circulation, reducing water consumption and supporting continuous operation.
