Learn More →Raw materials are heated in a carbonization furnace under oxygen‑limited conditions. The organic matter undergoes pyrolysis, removing volatile components, and finally forming solid biomass charcoal. The carbonization temperature and holding time directly affect the quality of finished charcoal.
Learn More →The charcoal powder is mixed with an appropriate amount of binder, and extruded by a briquette machine under high pressure to form regular charcoal sticks or charcoal blocks. The density and molding rate of the finished product can be controlled by adjusting the pressure and feeding speed.
Learn More →Raw materials with high moisture content need to be dried first. The drying system removes free water in the material to ensure that the moisture is controlled within 8‑12%, which avoids cracking and poor molding during subsequent carbonization and briquetting processing.

The carbonization machine first burns the material through a gasification furnace to produce flue gas. After the flue gas purification system filters out gas impurities such as wood tar smoke, the flue gas is transmitted into the carbonization machine for combustion. When a certain temperature is reached, the carbonization machine adds the material to be carbonized, and the material is transmitted through the pipeline to make the material burn in the carbonization machine. The combustion of organic matter requires three points: heat, oxygen and organic matter. Because the carbonization machine is almost a closed space, it cannot meet the demand for oxygen. The material will not burn into ash but only into charcoal at a high temperature of 800 degrees inside the carbonization machine after adjusting the speed of the internal conveying device of the carbonization machine. The flue gas generated by the material burning in the carbonization machine is treated by flue gas purification and then returned to the carbonization machine for combustion, so that the heat energy of the machine can operate continuously, achieving a smokeless, environmentally friendly and continuous effect. Finally, the charcoal is cooled by the output of the cooler. After the charcoal comes out, it is transported in various ways. Because the charcoal is fully exposed to the air, if the material density is large and relatively thick, although there is no open flame on the surface, there may be sparks in the core of the material, and it may also spontaneously combust. It is necessary to install mist spray equipment to perform secondary cooling on the charcoal to completely eliminate the fire source.
The screw conveyor is used for sealed and continuous feeding of raw materials into the carbonization system. It ensures stable material transfer while preventing air leakage during operation.
The carbonization machine is the core unit of the system, where organic materials are thermally decomposed under controlled conditions. Through continuous heating, volatile components are released and converted into combustible gas, producing high‑quality charcoal.
The cyclone separates solid particles from the hot gas generated during carbonization. It removes coarse charcoal powder, protecting downstream equipment and improving system stability.
The charcoal powder cooler reduces the temperature of collected charcoal powder. Controlled cooling prevents spontaneous combustion and facilitates safe handling and storage.
The washing tower is used to clean carbonization gas by removing dust and tar components. It improves gas quality and reduces pollutant emissions.
The condensing tower cools the carbonization gas to condense tar and moisture. This step enables effective recovery of by‑products and further gas purification.
The circulating cooling pool supplies cooling water for the washing and condensing systems. It enables closed‑loop water circulation, reducing water consumption and supporting continuous operation.
