The process flow of coconut shell carbonization machine includes raw material preparation and pretreatment, drying, carbonization process, cooling and screening, product application and storage. These links are interconnected and together constitute the complete process of coconut shell carbonization production. It usually includes the following steps:

1. Raw material preparation: Dry the coconut shell to ensure that its moisture content is below 20%.
2. Crushing and drying: Use a conveyor to send the coconut shell into the shredder for crushing, and then enter the dryer for drying.
3. Heating and carbonization: Use a diesel burner or other heat source to heat the carbonizer in the early stage, and start feeding and carbonization after reaching about 600℃. The carbonization temperature, feeding speed, carbonization speed and other parameters are controlled by the control cabinet.
4. Flue gas purification and circulation: The flue gas generated during the carbonization process is treated by the purification system and converted into combustible gas for circulation combustion in the bottom combustion chamber to meet the heat energy required for carbonization of the carbonizer.
5. Cooling and output: After carbonization, the coconut shell charcoal particles are output through the cooling conveyor to obtain the final coconut shell charcoal product.
