Equipment configuration of the log carbonization furnace produced by the manufacturer: biomass gasifier, flue gas purifier, frequency conversion induced draft fan, burner, carbonization furnace, feeder, discharger and other equipment. It is a high-temperature production mechanism charcoal that uses the principle of dry distillation carbonization to produce carbon-containing woody granular materials such as fruit shells, sawdust, wood chips, bamboo chips, rice husks, peanut shells, fruit shells, and palm shells. It is continuous, economical, and fully recycles agricultural and forestry waste. It has made a great contribution to the greening environment of forestry resources in our country.

The straw gas produced by the gas furnace belongs to green new energy and has strong vitality. Since the raw materials of plant gas are crop straw, forest waste, edible fungus residue, cattle, sheep and livestock dung and all combustible substances, it is an inexhaustible renewable resource. There are four layers of pipes inside the log carbonization furnace from top to bottom. The first and second layers are preheating and drying pipes, the third layer is low-temperature carbonization pipes, and the fourth layer is high-temperature carbonization pipes. The first and second floors are equipped with independent exhaust pipes to mainly discharge water vapor. The pipes use the waste heat in the furnace to dry the materials, and the water vapor is discharged from the exhaust pipes. The third and fourth layers of carbonization pipelines carry out high-temperature carbonization of materials, and the pipelines are also equipped with independent combustible gas recovery pipelines to recover, purify, and turn the smoke generated by carbonization into pure combustible gases to continue heating the pipelines to achieve the effect of reciprocating heating and carbonization. The gas is generated in the early stage of the biomass gasification furnace, and the ignition gas source for the initial carbonization is supplied by the biomass gasification furnace.
